Cassie and Gerry. What a beautiful couple. Their relationship grew throughout their years in high school, but they first met much earlier than that – sharing Cheerios when they were about 2 years old! How crazy and sweet! One of the things I love about Cassie & Gerry is their blog, Life and Other Beautiful Things its all about preparing for the November wedding, including rebuilding a home together and lots of beautiful wisdom on relationships. It was a very blessed afternoon spending time at Beneduce Vineyards with Cassie and Gerry, photographing them in this very special time in their lives. We cannot wait for your wedding!

Cassie and Gerry brought Cheerios, the thing that first brought them together as children when they shared it as a snack. I can’t get over the cuteness!
After shooting for a while, the dark clouds started to come in. Literally half the sky was bright and sunny, while the dark storm clouds rolled in on the other side.
The storm did not bother Cassie and Gerry at all, in fact Gerry studied meteorology and just loves a good storm. We were all excited about taking some photos in the rain. I love the spontaneous romantic feel of a kiss in the rain.
When everyone was sufficiently wet, we went inside the winery to enjoy a little tasting of the fabulous Beneduce wines.
This Shot Gun Red wine was named for the shot gun shells found in the ground during grape growing. It was super yummy.
