Pam & Jeff Maternity Shoot

I had the wonderful opportunity to take pictures of Pam and Jeff who are expecting their first child. They have decided to wait to find out if the baby is a boy or girl and are very excited to meet their new family member. This was the first time I have been asked to do a maternity session so I found it very interesting how my approach had to be different than typical couple sessions. Mostly, instead of primarily focusing on the couple, it was important to show the pregnancy aspect by including the baby bump while capturing the joy of the parent’s. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to more maternity sessions in the future!
