Katherine and Billy, St. Anthony’s Church, Bermuda Wedding Photography – Part 1

So I have been excited to share this wedding for over a month now. If you regularly check in on this blog or my Instagram account you have probably seen previews from Katherine and Billy’s wedding in Bermuda. Before their wedding, I had not had a chance to visit any tropical locations with crystal clear water, bright blue oceans and sandy coves so you can imagine I was excited to experience all these things and more in Bermuda. And thankfully, my expectations were exceeded. I was in constant amazement at the sights, the colors, the people, the landscape. It truly was a photographer’s dream!

And Katherine and Billy had the most beautiful wedding there with some of their closest family and friends, all of whom made me feel like a guest, more than a photographer. Katherine and Billy had vacationed in Bermuda before so when they thought of where they wanted to get married, Bermuda was the logical place. And though there was plenty of planning and logistics that had to come together, everything went off without a hitch. They had a gorgeous day and we had the opportunity to explore some of the best locations Bermuda had to offer including an historic fort, an old growth tropical forest on an old estate, and of course, pictures on a beach and in a cove. There was so much to share we decided to split their wedding into two posts so as to not overwhelm anyone so be sure to revisit for the second set which includes some beautiful sunset pictures.

And before you scroll down to look at the pictures, I just want to say a huge thank you to Katherine and Billy for entrusting me with their special memories. There was so much to plan and prepare for this wedding and I appreciate that they gave me the opportunity to not only experience such a beautiful wedding, in a beautiful place, but with a truly beautiful couple.
